Marketing Specialist
Position Summary :
- We’re seeking a focused and articulate Content Specialist with minimum 2.5–3 years of experience in content development. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact content across internal and external communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write, edit, and proofread content for a variety of platforms including dashboards, user manuals, SOPs, presentations, newsletters, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex processes and product information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Assist in the creation of client communications and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update internal documentation systems using tools like MadCap Flare.
- Design visual content using Canva, when needed, to complement written material.
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage email campaigns via HubSpot and Marketo.
- Ensure all content is aligned with company tone, voice, and branding guidelines.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related discipline from a reputed university (preferred, not mandatory).
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Exceptional command of professional English—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of Canva, MadCap Flare, HubSpot, and Marketo.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
