E-Learning Designer - On Site - AZ
The PrismHR E-Learning Designer facilitates the successful utilization of our software platform by creating and delivering engaging training for both employees and customers.
This is accomplished through in-person live training, webinars, eLearning programs, and creation of other self-help materials.
Responsibilities
- Master our core PrismHR software suite to facilitate organization-wide learning.
- Design and implement role-playing activities to enhance interpersonal skills such as negotiation, teamwork, and conflict management.
- Schedule and facilitate regular training sessions and ensure employees complete necessary training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Work in tandem with managers, technical writers, and other key team members to foster a culture of continuous learning through on-the-job training at PrismHR.
- Create instructional materials, including courses, curriculum, articles/guides, and training manuals.
- Revamp existing content to reflect changes to the systems after product updates.
- Develop eLearning materials using Articulate 360.
- Upload eLearning materials to the Learning Management System (LMS) for easy access.
- Create learning content for external customers, including user guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and other educational materials.
- Empower customers to resolve minor issues independently, leading to reduced support tickets and increased customer satisfaction.
- Promote product engagement and customer retention by ensuring customers are well-informed about our product features.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to deliver content to customers in a remote role, allowing for a diverse range of content tailored to different learning preferences.
Qualifications
- Work experience as a Trainer, Content Creator, or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
- Experience with PrismHR or other payroll systems is a plus.
- Experience in customer service positions is a plus.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS).
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
- Best practices and in-depth understanding of eLearning technology issues.
- Familiarity with multimedia formats and multimodal training methods.
