Vice President, Insurance Solutions
As the technology business unit within Vensure Employer Solutions, PRISMHR is a leading provider of Cloud-Based HCM platform technology and service solutions specifically designed for the regional PEO, ASO, and Payroll Service Bureau market. Our contemporary and comprehensive solutions are the foundation of the regional PEO, ASO, and Payroll Service Bureaus’ business and helps increase operational efficiency and accelerates revenue growth by increasing competitive win rates and increasing revenue per client. PRISMHR is the dominant provider for regional PEOs, ASO, and Payroll Service providers and is looking to expand our insurance solutions to our current and potential customers. This high growth potential opportunity requires a knowledgeable and licensed insurance expert with an understanding of the PEO market and the health, workers comp, and other insurance
products they consume and will be responsible for sales of our insurance products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and growth of insurance products and revenue into the PrismHR customer community.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed insurance revenue objectives for PrismHR.
- Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and work closely to develop goals and objectives for insurance products and sales.
- Participate in strategic client business reviews with Customer Success team to generate interest in insurance solutions.
- Responsible for providing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual insurance revenue forecasting to the CSO and President of PrismHR.
- Meet regularly with the Chief Sales Officer to review overall progress and review key strategic imperatives for insurance sales objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success Teams to drive insurance sales opportunities.
- Attend National and Regional Trade Association events, such as PrismLive, NAPEO’s Annual Conference and the Independent Payroll Providers Association’s Spring Summit, to meet customers.
- 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in insurance sales.
- Current licensed insurance agent
- Specific knowledge of the PEO, ASO, and Payroll Service provider market.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
- Proven ability to run and manage an enterprise level sales process, including the ability to effectively find and define the buyers key buying reasons through diagnostic discovery.
- Board level presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a desire to develop and execute go to market strategies.
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application. PrismHR also provides professional services including system implementation consulting, custom configurations, and training. Lastly, via the Company’s Marketplace platform customers and end users access other human resources and employee benefits applications from PrismHR’s Marketplace Partners.
