HCM Configuration & Support Specialist (US Process)
Job description:
- The HCM Configuration & Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless transition to the isolved HCM platform. '
- This role partners with the Operations team and leadership to facilitate a smooth conversion process from the client's previous platform.
- The CSS coordinates transition activities, establishes project timelines, and supports Operations to meet conversion deadlines.
- Additionally, they promote data quality, compliance, and standardization within system configurations and project deliverables, while fostering strong client relationships and setting performance expectations for ongoing support
Responsabilities:
- Collaborate with operations team members to set up and configure systems to meet project requirements and support efficient workflows.
- Lead analysis sessions to determine effective time & payroll implementation designs that satisfy the customer's criteria.
- Assist the Operations team with planning, organizing, and tracking configuration and integration projects to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
- Serve as the internal resource responsible for overseeing all aspects of configuration and integration throughout the implementation project.
- Manage ancillary add-on order submission, setup, and audit.
- Maintain isolved system knowledge in implementation and integration techniques, tools, and services to meet business needs.
- Follow procedures to ensure the quality, completeness, security, privacy, and integrity of data throughout the implementation process.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, vendors, partners, and management.
- Meet with internal team members to define the current needs of the service them.
- Coordinate and execute data integration processes, including API data feeds (180 and 360) between iSolved and external benefit carriers and administrators.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and configuration issues for seamless API functionality, working closely with vendors and business teams to meet data and system needs.
- Develop, test, and maintain data extraction and transformation solutions, upholding standards for data quality, security, and integrity across integration processes.
- Manage data integration best practices.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
- TOOLS AND RESOURCES - Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho One, HRIS Software (isolved), Ring Central
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret, and reconcile data sets with strong attention to detail.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data mapping, testing, and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address system issues and client needs.
- Customer Service: Ability to deliver a high-quality experience for internal or external clients during system transitions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support client interaction and training
- Adaptability: Responds to changes in project scope or requirements with flexibility and professionalism.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation, system integration, or related HRIS/HCM system support.
- Proficiency in data mapping, file transfers (API, SFTP), and system configuration preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Technical Skills: Expertise in payroll systems, data integration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to learn and master new payroll systems, tools, and software.
